Step 1: Pay Annual Renewal Fee by Dec. 31, 2024<\/strong><\/p>\n

Your 2025 annual renewal fee is due by Dec 31, 2024. Renewal fee notices were sent via email on October 15, 2024. If you didn\u2019t receive an email in your inbox or need a copy, please contact the BOC at provider@bocatc.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Step 2: Submit Annual Report by end of March 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

The 2024 Annual Report for BOC Approved Providers is being simplified to reduce administrative burden while also fostering deeper reflection and enhancing the continuous improvement of continuing education programs. This annual report process offers BOC Approved Providers the opportunity to thoughtfully review their past year, share key updates and document any programmatic changes.<\/p>\n

Through a reflective lens, BOC Approved Providers can explore the successes, challenges and lessons learned while ensuring alignment with the established \u201cStandards for BOC Approved Providers.\u201d The purpose of this shift is not to evaluate programs as \u201cpassing\u201d or \u201cfailing\u201d but to promote a culture of continuous growth, encouraging providers to embrace change as part of their ongoing improvement journey.<\/p>\n

New Annual Report Process Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n

BOC Approved Providers are asked to provide the BOC with a few general program statistics, a reporting of any significant updates or changes made during the year with the organization\u2019s approach to the BOC Approved Provider standards, as well as general annual reflections. Below is a summary of what to expect from the new Annual Report process.<\/p>\n

Reflection<\/strong>: Pause to review progress and make necessary changes.<\/p>\n

Transparency<\/strong>: Openly share program challenges, lessons learned and adjustments.<\/p>\n

Communication<\/strong>: Positive collaboration and open communication are important so BOC can use this information to support BOC Approved Providers in the future.<\/p>\n

A more detailed auditing approach will take place less often in a programmatic audit or as necessary.\u00a0 More details regarding the audit process will be coming soon.
