BOC Approved Providers need to be proactive to meet the annual renewal fee deadline and fulfill their BOC Program Directory requirements. Now is a good time to make sure you are on track for the upcoming deadlines.<\/p>\n

When is the 2025 Annual Renewal Fee due?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Renewal fee notices were sent via email on October 15, 2024. If you didn\u2019t receive it in your inbox or need a copy, please contact the BOC at provider@bocatc.org<\/a>. Your 2025 annual renewal fee is due Dec 31, 2024.<\/u><\/p>\n

Why Should I Enter My Programs in the BOC Program Directory?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Required by the BOC<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

All programs are required to be entered at least 10 calendar days prior to the event including all asynchronous\/synchronous events and virtual\/F2F events. When entering a program, at least one program offering must be entered for the program to be visible.<\/p>\n

Free marketing opportunity<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Many BOC Approved Providers are not taking advantage of the free marketing opportunity. The BOC program directory is commonly accessed by Athletic Trainers (ATs) searching for Category A programs to fulfill their continuing education requirements. Entering programs in the BOC Program Directory helps ATs to find your programs as well as report your programs accurately on their continuing education reporting form.<\/p>\n

Accurate tracking with program totals<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Keeping all programs up-to-date and entered into the BOC Program Directory can help you with your annual report. When all your programs are listed in the program directory, BOC Approved Providers can see the total number of programs provided to ATs, which can be vital for accurate tracking.<\/p>\n
