The new BOC Activity Directory is here, and it’s designed to make continuing education (CE) activities easier to browse, easier to search and easier to act on. Here’s a quick overview of what’s new and what matters most.
A Fresh New Look: Built for Easier Browsing
The directory now features a modern, streamlined design with “tiles” for each activity.
Instead of listing every occurrence separately, each activity has its own tile, and occurrences (dates/locations) are nested within it. This makes browsing cleaner and helps ATs quickly compare offerings.
What’s New:
- Tile-based layout for each activity
- Key information displayed at the top (expandable for full details)
- Clean, easy-to-read formatting with common symbols
- Improved search functionality
- Connectivity with BOC Pathfinder, allowing logged-in users to “Favorite” activities to My Learning Path
- “More Info” link to your website, flyer, etc. where ATs can learn more about the course, register, and access contact details
The key information at the top of each tile is the MOST important information to complete accurately. This is what ATs see first.
Connectivity with Continuing Professional Certification (CPC) Renewal – Powered by Pathfinder
The BOC Activity Directory now integrates directly with Pathfinder, creating a more connected and personalized experience for ATs. When logged in, users can save or “Favorite” activities and add them to My Learning Path, making it easier to plan and track their professional development.
The recommender tool in Pathfinder helps ATs identify activities aligned with their professional goals and certification requirements. This connectivity strengthens the overall CE experience by helping ATs make informed decisions and stay on track with their CPC Renewal journey.
Each activity tile is designed to present the most critical information at a glance, helping ATs quickly determine whether an offering meets their needs. At the top of the tile, users will see the activity title of the activity and the provider name, followed by a “More Info” link. Additional key information includes the activity date(s), the number of CEUs, cost, applicable BOC Practice Analysis, 8th Edition domains, and relevant keywords.
Because this information is prominently displayed and drives search results, it is essential that your program’s listing is complete, accurate and kept up to date.

The upgraded Advanced Search makes it significantly easier for ATs to find exactly what they’re looking for.
New & Improved Search Fields Include:
- Cost (a frequently requested filter)
- Number of CEUs
- Keyword(s)
- Provider
- Location
- Date(s)
- Format
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Provider Number
- Open/Closed status & number of participants
- Domain
- Presenter(s)
These expanded fields improve precision and help ATs quickly identify relevant opportunities.

Important Reminder for Approved Providers
Please remember to:
- Enter all activities into the directory
- Ensure required fields are fully completed
- Include a working “More Info” link
- Keep all information current and accurate
