The Clinical Education Subcommittee serves as the primary resource for the NATA, athletic training educators, and other allied health professions in establishing high standards of athletic training clinical education through research, dissemination, and application of emerging and evolving knowledge in clinical education.
Other functions of the Clinical Education Committee are to:
- Work collaboratively with other allied health organizations to enhance clinical education initiatives.
- Encourage and promote quality research in clinical education.
- Provide high-quality, current resources for Athletic Training Clinical Education.
- Provide guidance in educational opportunities for Clinical Instructor Educators and Approved Clinical Instructors.
